Whoa, I am way behind on updating to my website. I will do better at this some day. But for now…how about a little music?
I realized something after mixing this together…The songs are all rather upbeat, major keys. You can tap your foot to most of them. But upon analyzing the lyrics to the various songs there’s a darkness to this mix. I didn’t plan for it to be there, but it’s there. I still think it’s a good mix and I’ve been enjoying listening to it for the last couple weeks, but I wonder if I subconsciously made a mix that reflects the way this year has made me feel as a person.
That’s the best kind of subtext. Anyway I hope you enjoy.
